Q. Can I get a quote for the repairs to my car over the phone?

A. Unfortunately no. There are too many variables when it comes to fixing cars and we really must see the vehicle and the full extent of the damage before we can commit ourselves to a price and a time frame. You do not have to make an appointment for a quotation, just come in any time between 7.00am and 6.00pm, and we will do it for you on the spot.

Q. Are you open on Saturday?

A. Yes both our Broadway and Matraville offices are open between 8am and 1pm on Saturdays.

Q. If I claim on my insurance will I have to pay an excess even though I am not at fault?

A. If you have all of the details of the third party involved, there is no reason why an excess should apply. You are much better off putting the claim through your own insurance to avoid all of the delays and dramas associated with a third party insurance claim. Let your insurance company do that for you.
